A. PRE-ORDER
- The Pre-order process serves to give the organizers numbers for production projections
- It also serves to streamline the transaction between the artist and the buyer
1. The Buyer will view the designs at http://ohshirtexhibit.tumblr.com
2. After browsing, the buyer must E-mail to ohshirtexhibit@gmail.com using the following format.

Day when you will be paying

3. Pre-ordering does not mean purchasing. Again, The Pre-order process serves to give the organizers numbers for production projections. It also serves to streamline the transaction between the artist and the buyer.
B. ORDERS AND PAYMENT:
4a. If you have pre-ordered, please confirm your order by placing the payment of 300.00 with the artist and/or at the reception desk during the event. You will be asked to sign on the list of pre-orders and will be given an acknowledgement receipt and a raffle coupon.
4b. If you did not pre-order and wish to avail of a shirt, please approach the artist and/or the reception desk. You will be asked to fill-up an order form; your payment will then be received. You will then be given and acknowledgement receipt and a raffle coupon.
5. Transactions will only be final upon receipt of payment.
C.SHIPPING/PICK-UP
Shirts will be available within 2 weeks from the event.
- If you choose to have the item delivered to your home or a specific address an additional charge of 100Php will be charged.
- If you know the artist personally, you may arrange to pick it up from the artist.
D. RAFFLE of NIKON DIGICAM
- Shirts will cease to be available for sale at 6:00pm of April 9, 2010
- The raffle draw will take place during the closing program that starts at 7:00pm
